Today’s Journey Tarot Nine of Earth – Nine of Pentacles
The Nine of Pentacles has always been one of my favorite cards. It has many symbols which denote abundance and accomplishment. The Pentacles themselves are part of the fruit laden grape vines. The woman’s gown is luxurious and decorated with the sign of Venus suggesting that she utilizes her creative power. The falcon, which she controls, suggests the controlled aggressive instincts she has mastered. Even the little snail crawling at her feet contributes to the cyclic development of her abundance. She has earned the enjoyment of an opulent life. The Nine of Earth from Today’s Journey Tarot shows a well dressed equestrian stroking her beautiful horse. She too is obviously enjoying an updated life of abundance. She is also independent and self assured. Both women appreciate the bounty they have earned.
