Most of us would agree that leaders have a responsibility to serve as an example of ethical behavior.  Most of us don’t always realize that we are all leaders; to our children, our friends, our coworkers and sometimes even strangers who observe our behavior. You never know when someone is watching. This card is about leadership and accountability.
