The Seven of Air shows two boys in school taking a test. They are sitting at the same table in the cafeteria. One boy is cheating by looking at the other one’s paper. We are all subject to being victimized. The thief is stealing knowledge that doesn’t belong to him. If we create our own reality, nothing can be stolen from us without our consent, whether we are conscious of it or not. Be aware that thieves lurk in all kinds of places and seize the opportunity to take advantage of our vulnerability. The cheater’s attire demonstrates his relaxed attitude towards rules. Unlike the other student his feet are not grounded. The yellow eagle, poised to snatch its prey, suggests that dishonest behavior looms large in our society and is always ready for its next victim. Material theft is only one aspect of this card. More often it concerns theft of time or emotions.
