The Father of Fire shows a successful businessman in his affluent office. The Father of Fire has worked very hard for what he has. He has attracted his success with his dynamic personality and intense focus. All of his energy and time went into his business, while he neglected other areas of his life. He is isolated at the top.  If he has not cultivated personal relationships or other interests along the way it can be a very lonely and unfulfilling position, as the picture on the wall suggests. The desk absorbs the keyboard just as the Father is totally immersed in his work. The window offers a distorted view of the world through the sheer curtains.
